REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
If you register WITH youafrica you agree to:
(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and the company you represent
(b) provide your e-mail address, postal address, phone, fax, website address (url) ONLY on site sections and fields where we specifically ask for these details
(c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Content to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, youafrica  has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete and youafrica reserves the right to suspend or terminate your member service.

E-MAIL ADRESS, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
During the registration process, you will name an E-Mail Address and choose a Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your E-Mail Address and Password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Member ID and Password. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your E-Mail Adress or Password or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you properly exit the website at the end of each session. We can not and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement.

All materials on youafrica website (the "site"), which may include text, images, audio clips, video clips, software and other materials (the "content"), are  provided by youafrica for informational and personal purposes only. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not access the site, use our  services or download any content.

Rules And Online Behaviour.   11. You (“Members,”) are entirely responsible liable for all your activities on youafrica website,  Listed below are some, but not all, violations that may result in termination of your access to youafrica.com services. By using youafrica.com  website, you agree Not to do any of the following:

·         Post any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation
·         Post, transmit, promote or distribute content that is illegal, that encourages illegal activity, or that infringes upon the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, publicity right or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party.
·         Pretend to be anyone, corporation, business whom you are not. You may not impersonate another member, reseller or anyone else.
·         Transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is libellous, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusing, racially or ethnically offensive, sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, and objectionable in a reasonable person’s view.
·         Attempt to get password, other account information, or private information from a member.

TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your member service at any time or for any reason, with or without notice. Once your member service is terminated you agree not to post a message on our site(s), or to assist or cause another person to post a message on your behalf.
Members can select to terminate their membership at any time, by sending us an email through their e-mail account used at registration especially mentioning the account e-mail address and the user password.
